Module 1: Understand How Energy Works to Shift Your Consciousness From Victim to Empowered (January 12)

 

In our opening module, you’ll explore how everything holds energy, and how, as an energetic being, you pick up energy all the time. 

You’ll learn to work with a few principles of energy that can help you shift the energy that’s creating the issues in your body, and practice energy techniques to regulate incoming energy. 

In this session, you’ll:

  • Learn to play with an energy ball in your hands, which teaches you how to accept and feel the energy that’s around and inside you
  • Start to look at the thoughts you have around your sensitivities, empowering you to manage your own thoughts and healing
  • Practice the “I AM” meditation, which puts you in touch with the truly divine being that you are 
  • Create a connection with your divine support team, so you can begin to feel unconditional love and open yourself up to profound change and spiritual growth
  • Start to take that divine love into your life and feel how it’s supporting you, which is the first step in beginning to heal the pain in your body
  • Explore how to shift from victim consciousness to empowerment consciousness
 

Module 2: Identify Your Primary Clair & Practice Releasing Fear to Allow Calibration for Health & Wellbeing (January 19)

 

The reason HSPs and empaths feel overwhelmed so often is because we rely a lot on one primary clair and less on the others. In fact, a lot of our health and relationship issues can be attributed to overusing our main clair.

In this module, Dr. Divi will help you identify your primary clair, so you can start to open your other clairs and decrease use of your primary clair. It’s like a volume switch you can turn down on one and increase on the others. 

In this session, you’ll:

  • Discover your primary clair, so you know what your main mode of communication is with Spirit 
  • Learn how to lower the volume of your primary clair and increase the volume of your other clairs, empowering you to know what changes you need to make
  • Begin to understand how a wide open or closed clair leads to your specific pain points. This begins your healing journey on a deeply spiritual level, so that you feel more in charge of your life and wellbeing
  • Practice releasing fear so you can decrease your primary clair input and start to open your other clairs, allowing you to release any blocks that have prevented you from using your other clairs
 

Module 3: Dance & Play Your Way Into Tuning Your Clairs for Improved Access to Your Strength & Trust in Your Intuition (January 26)

 

People receive intuitive messages all day through clairsentience, which is the most common primary clair.

In this fun and active session, you’ll practice techniques to tune your clairvoyance, claircognizance, and clairaudience — the three most common secondary clairs. 

In this session, you’ll:

  • Learn the 6 steps to set up a sacred space, preparing you for a beautiful experience with your intuition
  • Sit in meditation with your divine support team in sacred space and practice playing with your intuition through simple and fun dancing and movement exercises
  • Deepen your practice honing the energy of your main clair, and start to open your next prominent clair
  • Engage in play with others in the class to increase your abilities, strength, and trust in your intuition 
  • Be guided through a fun intuitive exercise called “What’s in a Name?” to help you become more confident in accessing your intuition
 

Module 4: Practice Adjusting the Volume on Your Clairs & Direct Your Energy to Empower Yourself Against Chronic Discomfort (February 2)

 

In order to open your secondary clairs you need to practice. The more you practice, the easier it will be to adjust those volume dials.

In this module, you’ll start with playful practices and exercises, and then move to adjusting the dials on your clairs. 

In this session, you’ll:

  • Practice opening your secondary clairs through simple and fun exercises in order to turn up or down the volume on your clairs based on what you need at any particular time
  • Learn to see if you’re taking on other people’s energy, and what you can do to prevent it. This is especially empowering if you have chronic discomfort and think it comes from outside yourself
  • Discover how to scan another person’s body so you can remove excess energy from them as well and share your intuitive gifts to heal others
  • Explore how to access intuition through your secondary clairs, helping you become more comfortable with the sensations of your less known intuitive powers 
  • Practice opening your third eye, your ear chakras, and accessing your claircognizance to teach your mind and body that there are other channels of deep wisdom you may not have been aware of before
 

Module 5: Connect With Your Divine Support Team Every Day for Insight & Clarity on All Decisions, Big or Small (February 9)

 

Now that you’ve truly danced with your clairs and deepened your intuition, it’s time to grow your skill set to become even better at listening to your intuition. 

This week, you’ll continue to practice some of the enjoyable games you played in the previous two weeks in order to flex your intuitive muscles. Dr. Divi will also share new practices to help you realize how the divine is protecting you at all times. 

In this session, you’ll:

  • Practice at-home techniques and games you can use every day to sharpen your intuitive muscle and turn your intuitive gifts into fun games
  • Discover the symbology of numbers and explore what messages your divine support team is sending when you see the same symbols over and over
  • Learn to keep a symbol dictionary for the messages you’re receiving to better intuit and understand how you’re being supported by Spirit

Now that you’ve opened your clairs and adjusted the volumes on your dials, you may still find living in the world as a sensitive extremely challenging. 

In this class, we’ll practice deciphering the messages you may receive in the energy of others, and learn how to redirect that energy so you can feel more grounded and clear about your purpose.

In this session, you’ll:

  • Come to understand that as a sensitive, nothing happens TO YOU, but everything happens FOR YOU
  • Discover how the universal Law of Attraction, Law of Oneness and the Law of Resonance work in order to better understand energy and intuition on a deeper level
  • Begin to understand that if you’re still picking up things around you despite the adjustments in volume, it’s because there’s a message in what you’re receiving
  • Learn what you can do to redirect energy that belongs to someone else and how to decipher the messages that are coming through for YOU, so you have a clearer picture of how best to move forward in your life
