UNIT 1: Deepening Into the Core Concepts of Vagal Toning to Cultivate Self-Awareness of Your Nervous System

Throughout the first three modules, Arielle will guide you to review the fundamental principles of vagal toning, building upon the foundation laid in the introductory course.

You’ll focus on recognizing the subtle nuances in the nervous system that distinguish between safety and threat.
