Chief Technology Officer -

Senior Manager of Product Marketing, Live Courses -

As the Senior Manager of Product Marketing, Live Courses, you are responsible for the development of marketing plans and strategies for new programmatic products and oversee comprehensive product flows, campaigns and content that focus on driving lead-generation, interest-based engagement and achieving revenue goals throughout the certification launch. You will also function as a key driver in optimizing cross-functional collaboration between the marketing and product development (transformational learning) teams.

You are a critical part of the team responsible for the performance of our highly successful product line of online transformational learning courses with a focus on high ticket offers such as Immersion and Certification Programs. This key role focuses on working closely with our course faculty to define core customer benefits, successful positioning and helping ensure the promise matches the Program content. As a campaign strategist & manager for the product marketing team, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the ideal candidate will have experience marketing high ticket offers, a strategic mindset and the necessary skills to develop a creative marketing vision/strategy and use their organizational skills to implement, attract, engage and convert leads. Other critical marketing responsibilities include providing input for audience targeting and segmentation, marketing analytics, and brand messaging. Effective collaboration with copywriters and content creators to execute successful direct response campaigns (including email, affiliate, content marketing, paid advertising and social media) as part of the overall integrated strategic and tactical marketing experience in the B2C space is essential.

Senior Marketing Campaign Strategist, Online Summits & Events -

As the Sr. Marketing Campaign Strategist, Online Summits & Events you are a critical part of the team responsible for the performance of our well-established product line of online summits, as well as new and emerging product line of festivals and other types of online events. This role oversees the development of comprehensive marketing campaigns that focus on driving lead-generation, interest-based engagement and achieving revenue goals.

This role requires solid strategic and tactical marketing experience in the B2C online summit (or “online event”) space, as well as strong project management and writing skills. You will function as a key driver and integral team player in optimizing cross-functional collaboration between our marketing and product development (transformational learning) teams, with an analytical, customer-journey focused approach to achieving sales success. Experience in developing strategic copy for social media that focuses on driving lead-generation and interest-based engagement is also desirable.

Independent Contractor: Marketing Production Assistant -

This is a contract position. You must be an established contractor to be considered.

Work in support of our Manager, Marketing Product. Scope of work and desired characteristics include:

  • Organize marketing assets as needed for all projects and campaigns — even for initiatives that may be ambiguous in the planning stage, or fast-tracked with tight deadlines
  • Liaise between strategic marketing stakeholders, including product marketing leads, campaign strategists, and creative staff (internal and external) to ensure the final deliverables meet our desired outcomes
  • Proactively obtain and update all necessary project details for each marketing asset project request, including reference assets, screens, resource files and previously created templates
  • Maintain updates in Asana, so at least 1 year Asana experience required
  • Agile, comfortable balancing competing priorities to help apply resources against the projects that are most beneficial to our customers and the business
  • Solution-orientated, adaptable to change and shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Consistently displays a high level of ownership, self-motivation, initiative and follow through
  • Experience in, and passion for, personal transformation learning

Organization is your strong suit, efficiency and productivity is required, keen attention to detail is critical, and ability to change directions at a moment's notice.

Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned technologist with demonstrated excellence in building sustainable, scalable technology infrastructures as well as being an inspiring leader and savvy team builder. We are looking for someone with experience in developing modern cloud-based infrastructures, building a solid ecosystem of applications that integrate into a cohesive whole, scaling strategically and with excellent leadership demonstrated every step of the way. Ability to be “hands on” when needed, while also guiding and mentoring effectively is another key attribute the VP of Engineering will use to succeed in the position.
